At present, the C.I.D police, in line with their intrinsic and important task of detecting crimes in line with scientific advancements and developments, and as a result of the complexity of crimes, the need to update the traditional and old methods of crime detection, as well as the advent of crime, is a scientific discovery. The main purpose of this applied research is descriptive in nature, identifying the methods used to identify the unidentified bodies and assessing the impact of modern molecular DNA technologies. 250 unknown dead bodies for the years 95-90 present in the Khorasan Razavi C.I.D Police as a statistical community in the quantitative analysis as well as among the employees involved in the identification of the missing bodies in the Khorasan Razavi C.I.D police as well as forensics as An expert and expert of 40 people were selected as the statistical community in the qualitative research section for answering interview questions and reviewing their attitudes and their expert opinions. The main results of the research indicate that, firstly, the correct collection of biological samples will increase the amount of DNA testing. In this regard, tissue samples, blood, bone, and dental tissues will have a significant impact on DNA testing and identification of corpses. Secondly, the creation of a genetic database, reducing the cost of DNA testing, equipping the criminal laboratories with modern DNA testing devices, providing specialized training for those involved in this process, in order to obtain the correct sampling of the missing bodies, the localization of DNA technology Inside the country, increasing use of this method in determining the identity of the infected bodies is considered as a way to implement the application of DNA technology in identifying bodies. Thirdly, despite the existence of new methods for identifying bodies such as DNA technology, but now in the Khorasan Razavi C.I.D Police, bodies are still identified by fingerprinting and examining their background history.
