Background: In addition to providing security, the police force also considers honoring the people as one of its main duties. In the present study.
Method: The present study was conducted by survey-analytical method and is cross-sectional in terms of time. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data. The statistical population includes all patients referred to the police stations of Mashhad in 1399, where the Maknai project has been implemented, the number of which was obtained from the relevant authorities. The sample size is 96 people and the sampling method is a combination of cluster sampling and simple random sampling. After summarizing the data entry information in SPSS software, Cronbach's alpha coefficient is / 740. Statistical methods such as univariate analysis (indices of centripetal orientation and dispersion), bivariate analysis (Pearson correlation) and multiple regression were also used.
Results: According to the findings of this study, the average index of satisfaction with the process modification index with an average of 3.71 out of 5 and the index of satisfaction with the creation of a competitive environment with an average of 3.96 out of 5, which indicates that quantitative improvement and The quality of law enforcement services provided by the police stations in Mashhad is above average according to the Makna plan. All research hypotheses were also confirmed.
Conclusion: According to the results of regression analysis of this study, the main variables affecting the quantitative and qualitative improvement of police services in Mashhad based on the Makna plan in terms of correlation in order of priority are: Modification of police-related processes With beta weight (0.833), creating a competitive environment with beta weight (0.824), which in total about (82%) variance explains the level of customer satisfaction from Mashhad police stations based on the Makna plan.
